Fabolous Speaks on Reality TV, Love and Social Networks
In an interview on The Combat Jack Show's 100th episode, lyricist Fabolous speaks about his recent interval from the public. Recently Fab took a step back from twitter, where the rapper has a great following of over 2million followers. Self-acclaimed, "The Best Who Ever Twitted" via his bio, went from tweeting like crazy to just a few tweets a day.
Fabolous explains, "Certain people didn’t always take my jokes the right way, so I didn’t wanna keep getting into little dumb altercations, or arguments or ray j moments over it"
Fabolous goes on to talk about Reality TV show Love & Hip Hop and how it seemingly tainted his relationship with the mother of his child, Emily and how the show negatively portrayed him.
"I think me and Emily's situation through the show got tainted from the public view because it was really a one-sided story.... that's what they do for drama"
Fabolous hasn't just been lounging around in his time away from the media, he's been in the lab cooking up some hot music. He talks about releasing a new mixtape The SOUL Tape 2 in November for Thanksgiving. Also Fab gives us an expected February release for his next studio album Loso's Way 2. Check Part2 of the interview out below for the whole scoop!

Yo Gotti Responds to Gucci Mane Beef
A couple of weeks ago the media was buzzing about a beef that stirred up between two rappers who seemed to be friends, Gucci Mane & Yo Gotti. Gucci released his latest mixtape on 10/17 and by 1017 being a significant set of numbers to Gucci Mane per his group 1017 Brick Squad, Gucci obviously felt disrespected or threatened when he got word of Gotti's scheduled release for the latest of his Cocaine Musik series "Cocaine Musik 7". Gucci Mane let everybody know he wasn't too fond of the situation by dropping a diss record and in a recent interview with Hot 107.9.
“My main problem with him is that he dropped his mixtape on 10/17 and tried to ride my wave like he’s an artist of mine or we get some kinda money together,” Gucci said. “Why would you drop it if you ain’t on 1017 and when I call you as my partner to ask you why you did it, you say, ‘Oh, I didn’t know you were droppin’ a mixtape’? … It just made me lose all respect for him instantly.”
“He never reached out to me. I still ain’t thinking nothing about it because he supposed to be my homeboy. You get what I’m saying? And then last minute we in the lab, we heard about the tweet. When we heard about the tweet I immediately hit his phone like, ‘What’s up homie? You good?’ And we chopped it up. And long story short, from that point I realized that homie had an issue for whatever reason it was.”
Instagramming Voting Ballots Can Result In Jail Time!?!
The pull of social media can be a strong one, and even though it's Election Day, voters must fight the urge to share ballots via Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or other social networking destinations.
While it seems like everything can be posted online, photo sharing of your voting decision can result in jail time, depending on the state. Florida,
Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada, and Texas all “prohibit the use of
photographic and recording equipment inside polling place.”
A search on Twitter shows that #vote, #Ivoted, and #govote, have all become trending topics, but part of restricting the use of phones is for the courtesy of others, as reported by All Thing Digital:
It's worth noting that many states prohibit activities that
interfere with other people's voting processes. So, even if photography
is allowed in your polling place, disrupting or intimidating someone
else, or capturing an image of their ballot, might be a big no-no.
No matter how hard it may be to put the phone aside, and cast a vote
without followers “liking” or commenting, failing to follow the rules
has its consequences. In Wisconsin, posting photos of a ballot is a
Class I felony punishable by 18-months in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Cast your vote, just keep it to yourself.
New Music: Gagi Hendrix "Intent To Kill" (Produced By: DavonProduction)
Brittany
Handy, better known as Gagi Hendrix was always surrounded by music as a
child so it was inevitable that music would become her passion. Born
and raised in Baltimore, MD Gagi sang in the church choir and performed
in talent shows expressing herself through the art of dance as a teen.
Even though singing and dancing were her passion something was still
missing. "I remember listening to Lauryn Hill's first album and being so
amazed at how she could sing and rap with rawness and still have a
powerful message." Gagi recollects. Later she bagan writing her own
songs and would add a rap verse here and there and has been rapping ever
since. With strong musical influences such as Nas, Tupac, Jay z,
Aaliyah, Jimi Hendrix and Kelis just to name a few, she continues to
perfect her craft in hopes of being recognized for her creativity and
lyrical ability.
And now... We proudly present the 1st single from our 1st lady!

Top 10 Reasons Black Women Are Disgusted with the Way the Black Man is Handling Himself?
White girl + black man is definitely the elephant in the room Ice (and Erica too…) – but let’s take it a step further. Things have changed – drastically, and let’s just say, us black women don’t like the way black men are currently handling themselves. Check out the top 10 reasons black women are disgusted with the new age black man.
10. Oh, you’re 6’5? – doesn’t mean your going to the NBA. Wow, you made those words rhyme all by yourself? – doesn’t make you the next Hov. No one aspires to become a doctor anymore? Lawyer? Teacher? Writer? Cop? No? Oh. Stop looking for a women to support yourunrealistic goals bro.
9. Black men seem to have the lamest dating strategies. Not saying you have to take me to the most expensive place, but no, coming over your house to chill and eat takeout isn’t on my list of fun first dates. I’m over the movies too. I can’t learn anything about you while sitting silent in a theatre for 2 hours. Take me to the museum or aquarium, bring a blanket and some fruit to the park. It’s not that hard to have a nice, cheap, out-the-ordinary date. Get creative.
8. Black men show no respect to black women. Would you call your mother the things you call us if we turn you down in the street? Treat us how you would want a man to treat your daughter and it’ll all work out.
7. Black guys love screaming loyalty but are usually the most unloyal ones. A black woman will stick by you through it all…cheating, lying, broke, unhappy, and she’s there to tell you everything will be better. What do you do? Turn around and leave her. Now she’s heartbroken and called bitter/angry. Learn to communicate better and more relationships will last.
6. Unmotivated. Irresponsible. Lazy….but talented. Are you proud of that? Man up and take care of business. Stop sitting around playing 2K all day. Stop waiting on line for 3 days for some sneakers. Black women see your potential and get mad when it goes to waste. Stop it. Grow up. Black men aren’t going to school. How many black men do you know with a masters? And of course school isn’t everything or for everybody. But start your own business. Stop being content with a job that has no growth. Think about your future.
5. The “M” word seems to scare black men these days, more than the “N” word back in the 50s. You know how many times I’ve heard a man say he doesn’t believe in marriage? Maybe if you didn’t believe in divorce, you would look at life differently. Black love is a beautiful thing.
4. “Got a main chick & got a mistress, a couple girlfriends – I’m so hood rich.” Black men flaunt the fact that they can get multiple women. No one wants to deal with a chronic cheater! (CC: Stevie J & his blatant disrespect to MiMi). Most black men are raised in a single parent home, where their mother subsequently treats her son like her man. Mothers baby their boys, unknowingly raising them to always be dependent on a woman. Mommy cooks, cleans, and lets you live off her – so you in turn expect the same thing from your woman. Most men wouldn’t know how to take care of home without a woman. Ever been to a single guys place? Yeah…nasty. Instead of having tons of women, just find one and work on keeping her happy. Trust me.
3. What’s with the need to impress others? Stop living beyond your means. Stop scamming and stealing other people’s hard earned money to buy stupid material things. Why do you drive a 2012 BMW but live in mommy’s basement? Why will you pay $600 for some sneakers, but won’t pay $200 on a date? (lol, yes I went there). Key point tho…just be yourself. The richest man in the room is usually not the flashy one.
2. Riddle me this? Why have unprotected sex with a woman you wouldn’t want to bear your children. (Baby Daddy Syndrome) How many times have we heard a man preach he only deals with 10s – then you see his baby mother and she’s Queen gremlin in the face? He ends up not taking care of the child because he’s ashamed of his baby mother. Another black family doomed before it begins. Stop doing it to yourselves. Have some self-control. Aim to be a father, not a sperm donor.
1. Stop flaunting money and get mad when you attract gold diggers..If you take pics with stacks of money, pop 10 bottles in the club, buying Balenciagas and Hermes belts, why get mad if ya chick wants you to buy her a bag? It’s simple math. You are what you attract. Fill a room with gold diggers and you’ll see only a handful of black women. A white girl will train herself to love you & your money. Black women can’t fake it…we need chemistry. How many black girls you know, stuck by her broke ass man because she loved him? Stop trying to throw black women under the bus saying we are only in it for the money – before your beloved Becky ends up taking you for everything you got.
Moral of the story. Black men we haven’t given up on you. You will always be our Kings. But get it the F*CK together. ASAP.

Miami: New Details in Horrific Cannibal Attack
Police sources have identified the homeless victim in a horrific, bloody assault in which a naked North Miami Beach man chewed off a large portion of another's man's face, as first reported by the Miami Herald andCBS Miami.
Ronald Poppo, 65, is in critical condition at Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center, just blocks from where he was attacked by 31-year-old Rudy Eugene in broad daylight Saturday on the Downtown off-ramp of Miami's busy MacArthur Causeway.
According to CBS, Poppo's arrest records -- mostly for the sort of petty crime common among the homeless -- show he has lived in New York City and New Orleans but suggest he has spent at least a good deal of his time in Miami since 1978. He is not found in Miami-Dade court records after a 2006 trespassing charge.
Strangely, Saturday's savage attack is apparently not the first time Poppo has been seriously injured Downtown. The Miami New Times reports that he was shot in Miami's Bayfront Park by an unidentified person in 1976, spending five days at Jackson. His given address at the time was a local Salvation Army.
Gruesome photos circulating the web suggest that if Poppo survives Saturday's assault, he may do so without much of his face. Hospital employees have so far not been able to contact any of Poppo's family, according to CBS.
"It was not only grotesque, it was just very sad, the amount of blood," Sgt. Javier Ortiz, vice president of the Miami Fraternal Order of Police, told the Associated Press. "It was very sad to see what happened to this gentleman that had his face eaten."
Miami Police have so far disclosed few details about the incident, in which Eugene was shot dead by a police officer. But an eyewitness who was riding his bike nearbytold WSVN he flagged down a police officer after coming across Eugene, stark naked, chewing off Poppo's face.
