Hoe Dere.

What does getting my ass slapped with a stack have to do with being a hoe? If I was working at a strip club getting my ass slapped with a stack would I be hoe? What if I was dancing for my boyfriend or girlfriend? Let's be clear, I did not take offense to this tweet, I laughed it off, but I'm just saying when under the circumstance of getting your ass slapped with $1,000 makes you a hoe? My friends and I (two females) had a full blown debate on hoes. We created an entire matrix of hoe behaviors, a frequency chart, and end results. Contingencies depend of relationship status, modus operandi, all that. We tried not to create a double standard, but some shit women should just not let happen to their happy meal. Anyhow, this brings it down to misogyny (via music) and my opinion on it. Clearly, it's evident that men and women can be misogynistic, whether they intend to degrade the other party or not. We have artists like Uncle Luke whose major platform included flaunting a women's body, but lest we forget Lil Kim on the cover of Hardcore, Jimi Hendix's album cover for Electric LadyLand, and Nicki's verse on Dance (A$$). Ahhh, Tipdrill, could we ever forget the infamous credit card booty swipe? Nelly received a huge amount of hell about that image but he continues to argue that it was the woman's idea. Here is the premise of this post; It's is the responsibility of the woman to govern her actions. With that being said why is it so hard for a woman to explore her sexuality or engage in lewd activity without being called a hoe. There is a method to all madness. Women have beautiful bodies that have to be maintained, why can't she get her ass swiped with a credit card if she wants. Let me just throw this out there that I, in no way, condone disrespect to females or crimes against them that people claim are purported by their "welcoming behavior." I'm just saying if a woman wants to do these things and allows it to happen its her decision and she'll deal with the backlash, so let her do what the fuck she wants! I'm sure, wait, I know, there are millions of people that will get their Feminist on and belt that "the woman's body is a temple, she needs to respect herself and body…," but who is to judge what constitutes a person's level of respect for themselve? Not all video vixens, models, or strippers have low self esteem or daddy issues, some maybe, but that is a different post. Ever heard of "Fuck You, Pay Me?" Yeah, I still want my ass slapped with a stack though.
